The Legal Practitioners Education and Admission Council (LPEAC) is established pursuant to section 14B of the Legal Practitioners Act 1981.

     

Membership is determined in accordance to the Legal Practitioners Act 1981.

The presiding member of the LPEAC is the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.
The Attorney-General and Law Society appoint their representatives to the Chief Justice (CJ does not invite renewal of their membership directly)

The Notice should be filed to leave sufficient time to place an advertisement and to prepare a Statutory Declaration before the due date.

The filing date for the Statutory Declaration is date critical and documents will not be received after this date.
