Allie has more than fifteen years’ experience advising public and private clients across a wide range of commercial investigations and disputes in Australia, Europe and the United States. Her expertise extends to the construction, transport, agribusiness, finance, insolvency and resources sectors, including in relation to major corporate collapses, professional negligence, directors’ duties, contractual arrangements and infrastructure projects.
Allie’s experience as a litigator has provided her with a deep understanding of the costs (financial and non-financial) and risks of litigation. Assisting her clients in achieving their goals through non-litigious methods is one of her great passions.
As a mediator, Allie is impartial, calm, and empathetic, assisting the parties to hear each other, identify their underlying issues, and work together to find a mutually agreeable resolution to their dispute.
